Free Shipping Promotions

  • Gift cards and shipping costs are excluded from discounts.

Bundled & Multi-Item Promotions

  • Promotions involving multiple items (e.g., “buy one, get one free”) require items to be purchased in a single transaction.

  • If a bundled purchase is partially returned, the refund will reflect the discounted price.

Marketplace Considerations

  • Because orders ship directly from our brand partners, some promotions may only apply to certain brands or shipments. Promotional details will specify where applicable.

  • All “sale” prices are genuine and based on a true former price in compliance with California law.

Policy Updates
