Because of our diverse community of sellers, shipping may work a little differently than what you’re used to from a single-brand shop.
How Shipping Works

Direct from Each Brand: When you place an order, your items will be shipped directly by the individual brand(s) you purchased from.

Multiple Shipments: If your order includes products from more than one brand, you will receive separate shipments. This means you may receive your order in multiple packages, each with its own tracking information.

Shipping Timelines: Each brand has its own processing and shipping times. Some larger brands may ship within a few days, while smaller artisan makers may need extra time to prepare your order.
Shipping Estimates

At checkout, you’ll see estimated delivery dates for each shipment in your order.

After your order is placed, you can view updated shipping information and estimated arrival dates by visiting your Orders Page in your Heirloom Boulevard account.

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
Responsibility & Claims

Carrier Responsibility: Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Heirloom Boulevard and our partner brands are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Filing Claims: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, claims must be filed directly with the carrier. Tracking details will be provided so you can initiate a claim if needed.

Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Supporting Small Businesses
Part of what makes Heirloom Boulevard special is our dedication to uplifting smaller makers. Some brands in our marketplace are boutique businesses with limited shipping resources. While their orders may take a bit longer to process, the result is often a handcrafted, eco-conscious, and truly unique product that’s worth the wait.

Once a brand ships your product, you’ll receive tracking details directly in your account and by email.
