JAN PARKER Came with a bent top and still waiting for the replacement and way to send back the damaged one- hop it arrives before July 4th
Hi Jan - We are sorry for our miscommunication. Although we didn't check in with you as quickly and as often as we would have liked, we were working on our end to make the situation right for you. Your order was placed June 18th and arrived to you on June 22nd. As soon as you reached out to us on June 22nd we began working to make sure a replacement was sent out to you. The replacement was out for delivery in about a week on June 29th. Again, our communication could have been better, but I hope you are happy to receive the item well before the 4th of July holiday.
